Glenhawk appoints Clare Grimes as Origination Director - SRE

Glenhawk has appointed Clare Grimes as Origination Director within its Structured Real Estate division, further strengthening its senior origination capability as the business continues to scale.

Clare brings significant experience across the structured real estate finance market. She joins Glenhawk from GRE Capital, where she led debt origination, and previously spent more than six years at Octopus Capital. Clare is also a qualified chartered surveyor, combining deep market knowledge with strong technical expertise.

This appointment marks the first Origination Director role within Glenhawk’s Structured Real Estate team and reflects both the growth achieved to date and the ambition to expand deployment further. In her role, Clare will focus on developing Glenhawk’s structured real estate proposition, supporting a broader range of brokers and clients across increasingly complex and high-value transactions.

Working alongside Chris Daly, Managing Director of Structured Real Estate, Clare will play a key role in extending Glenhawk’s hands-on, commercial approach to origination.
