Glenhawk Golf Day at The London Club

Our regional golf days have become a great way for us to bring our broker community together, and on 2 July, we headed to London Golf Club for the latest event in this year’s series.

Hosted by our Business Development Managers, Pete and Harry, the day brought together a group of their broker partners for a round at one of Kent’s leading golfing venues. With two Jack Nicklaus-designed championship courses, London Golf Club provided a fitting setting for a competitive day on the course.

While the golf was certainly competitive, the day was about more than the scorecard. It gave Pete and Harry the chance to spend time with their brokers away from the usual day-to-day, catch up face-to-face and continue building the relationships that underpin the way we work.

Pete commented on the day:

“We spend a lot of time speaking to brokers about deals, but having the opportunity to sit down, catch up and enjoy a round of golf together is something we really value. A big thank you to everyone who joined us – the competition was definitely there!”

Harry added:

“The London Golf Club was a fantastic venue and we were really pleased with how the day went. It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves, and hopefully we can claim a few more bragging rights next time!”

We’ll be rounding off the series in September with our final regional golf day of the year – giving us one more opportunity to get our broker community together before the end of the summer.
