Glenhawk has launched its new Structured Real Estate division, marking a significant milestone in its strategic growth. This new division is designed to provide bespoke lending solutions for larger, more complex short-term funding needs, further solidifying Glenhawk’s position as a market leader in specialist property finance.
Tailored Large-Scale Lending for a Dynamic Market
The Structured Real Estate division will offer loans ranging from £5 million to £50 million through a relationship-driven approach. Glenhawk is placing a particular focus on high-growth living sectors such as Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Co-Living.
By responding to the evolving demands of property professionals, this initiative aims to enhance the availability of flexible, tailored financial solutions in a fast-moving market. Glenhawk’s expansion into structured real estate lending reflects its commitment to innovation and client-focused lending solutions.
Leadership to Drive Growth
To lead the expansion, Glenhawk has promoted Chris Daly to Managing Director, Structured Real Estate. In his new role, Chris will continue to report to CEO and co-founder Guy Harrington and will drive the development of this specialist division.
